Return policy:
Step 1: Please email help@5thandwylin.com for a RA# before you ship back. When requesting the RA# include your order #, email and reason for return within 7 days from receiving delivery
Step 2: Ship your return. After you have your RA# return must be postmarked/shipped within 5 days.
• We do not offer refunds, store credit will be issued within 5 days of the return
• Return shipping will always be customer’s responsibility
• All discounted items, handbags and accessories are Final sale
• We must receive items in original, unused condition with original tags attached
• If item(s) has stains, smells of smoke/perfumes/deodorant or appears to have been worn- it will not be accepted and it will be customers responsibly for a reshipping fee
• We do not offer exchanges
